16th Edition of the Tunisian Music Festival will be held between March 30 and April 2 in the Municipal Theatre of Tunis. <i>La Presse</i> reports that prominent musicians will take part in this event, including Imed Messaoud, Thameur Abdeljawad, Leïla Achraf, Raouf Abdelmajid, Jamel Chebbi, Mourad Ibrahim, Mokdad Sehili, Noura Amine, Nesrine Dridi, Sonia Ben Abdallah, Hasna Béjaoui, Hind Ksibi and Samir Zghal.
The opening of the event will be marked by the projection of a documentary called "Memory of the festival". The four concerts of the festival will be directed each evening by respectively Abderrahmane Ayadi, Jamel Lejmi, Béchir Selmi and Hamadi Ben Othman. The current edition of the festival is also marked by an award ceremony, which will be in the best song, best musical composition and best musical project categories. The festival will end with the trio of renowned musicians Sonia Me barek, Zied Gharsa and Nabiha Karaouli.
