About 2070 houses have been built in various parts of the Kingdom at a total cost of SR 385 million. The houses will be allotted to the poor and needy as a donation from King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz.
The construction works have been completed under the supervision of King Abdullah Housing Foundation. The houses will be fully furnished and equipped with air-conditioners, furniture and home appliances. An average 100 houses will be built in each province. The construction of the housing units is regarded as the largest housing project ever implemented in the Kingdom, both in the public and private sectors.
