Kuwaitis are the leading GCC citizens who own property in Oman, reaching 250 people with a 2.13 million square meter space during the period between January to June 30 2005, an Omani economic official said, according to KUNA.
Secretary of the real estate registration at the Omani Ministry of Housing, Electricity and Water Abdullah Al-Makheini told there are 330 GCC citizens who own property in Oman.
