Some 330 luxury villas are set to be built by the Al Naboudah contracting company at Dubai's Al Barari residential project in the Nad Al Sheba area. The Dh6.6 billion project will be comprised of some 14.2 million square-foot of land, of which a full 80 percent will be open land dominated by gardens, parks and water elements such as lakes and streams, according to Gulf News.
Despite relatively high costs of the mansions, 82 villas have been sold already, while an estimated 6,000 residents are expected to occupy the development. Five to seven-bedroom mansions being set at a hefty Dh10 million. "We are finalising the details of the contract and expect to sign it shortly," stated Zaal Mohammad Zaal, executive chairman at Al Barari.
