More than 45,000 hotel rooms will be needed in the coming five years in Dubai in the wake of the region’s booming travel and hospitality sector.
The recent introduction of the Dh100 billion Bawadi hospitality and tourism development is expected to supply some 18,000 more rooms by 2008, according to Khaleej Times.
