Abbey National Dubai steps up customer services

Abbey National Plc, which operates a fully-fledged representative office in Dubai, has launched a series of new customer-centric initiatives in line with its policy of ‘taking the bank to the client.’ 

 

The company, the UK’s sixth largest high street bank, is to set up the frequency of its financial clinic program in Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain and is planning to stage a series of financial seminars in the northern Emirates throughout this year. 

 

A change in opening hours of its Dubai office is also planned from next month, which includes a late night opening on Mondays until 20:00 and a Sunday-Thursday operation from 09:00– 18:00. — (menareport.com)
