Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH), Abu Dhabi’s leading hospitality group, has received ISO 9001:2000 certification for its quality management systems. Bureau Veritas Quality International (BVQI), one of the world’s most respected certifying bodies, made the award.
Khalifa Nasser Bin Huwaileel Al Mansoori, Chairman of ADNH, said: “The ISO 9001:2000 is a significant achievement, reflecting our high standards, efficiency and effectiveness. It also demonstrates our commitment to customer satisfaction and employee training. The certification helps strengthen our business and image, and is an important competitive advantage in an increasingly crowded marketplace.”
The ISO 9001:2000 certification was achieved through a series of assessments of the quality of services delivered. ADNH was required to track customer feedback, measure performance, and take remedial action in accordance with strict guidelines.
