Acotel Group has been awarded a contract with FastLink Jordan to supply a Multimedia Message Service Center. The contract follows the successful conclusion of a trial earlier this year and includes the supply of an MMSC, WAP Gateway and MMS applications.
FastLink's entire messaging infrastructure is now supplied by Acotel. The Italian wireless application service provider and multimedia service integrator, is headquartered in Rome and has operations and customers in Europe, Africa, the Middle East and Latin America.
Acotel operates as a Content Provider & Aggregator and Messaging Platform Solution provider to Wireless Network Operators.
