Pay TV operator Arab Digital Distribution (ADD) announced plans to boost its customer service apparatus in the Sultanate of Oman. ADD estimates a doubling of its initial predictions for subscription rates in Oman.

“We are witnessing a constant rise in demand for our Arabic, Asian and English pay TV bouquet of channels in the form of a sharp increase in subscribers in the Sultanate for Al-Awael, Pehla and FirstNet. We have a growing number of official distributors in Oman and across the region as a whole we have seen a growth pattern of over 15,000 new subscribers a month on average,” noted ADD CEO John Tydeman.

Registered in Mauritius, ADD creates and manages niche programming bouquets and markets and distributes these channels across Europe, North Africa and the Middle East. ADD is the platform company for the Arab Media Corporation (AMC) group, which owns Arab Radio and Television (ART), whose biggest shareholders are the Saudi Sheikh Saleh Kamel and Prince Alwaleed bin Talal. — (menareport.com)
