Rashed Al Baloushi, Acting Director General of ADSM, traveled to Muscat with Mithqal Obeidat, legal consultant at ADSM, to sign a cross listing agreement with Oman and Emirates Investment Holding Company, under which the company will be listed on ADSM.
This agreement is considered a first step towards making it easier for Emirati investors to trade their shares of Oman and Emirates Investment Holding Co, in addition to negotiating possible future cooperation to enhance cross listings and related regulations. The agreement would include transfers and management of ownership between the two markets.
