Sharjah-based Air Arabia has received a new Airbus A320 aircraft yesterday. The new plane further enables the low-cost airline to service customers throughout the Middle East with nine countries and twelve destinations to date.
Arriving from Toulouse, France, Air Arabia's Chairman Sheikh Abdullah Bin Moh'd Al-Thani accompanied the flight that arrived at Sharjah International Airport with operations for the aircraft due to start this week.
Air Arabia is a Sharjah government-owned airline. Its fleet consists of two modern A320 aircraft, flying directly to Bahrain, Egypt, Iran, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Sri Lanka and Syria. This year Air Arabia plans to expand its fleet to four Airbus A320 aircraft. — (menareport.com)
