Al Ansari Exchange To Accept Payments from American Express Cardmembers

Al Ansari Exchange, a leading provider of worldwide remittance and foreign exchange services, and American Express Middle East, a diversified worldwide travel, financial and network services company, have announced an agreement that will make bill settlement for American Express cardmembers in UAE even more convenient. The company’s initiative to work with financial services companies and leading banks is expected to address the rising need for convenient payment methods among the vast number of credit card holders in the UAE, who account for almost 33 per cent of the entire Middle East credit card market, according to recent economic published reports. Mohammed Ali Al Ansari, Managing Director of Al Ansari Exchange, and Mohammed Abdul Karim, UAE Regional Director of American Express Middle East, have signed the agreement.

 

As a result of this partnership agreement, American Express cardmembers can now settle their statements of account at any of Al Ansari Exchange branches across the UAE without any fees.

 

“Our partnership with Al Ansari Exchange is a great step in our goal to further enhance our payment options network and daily convenience to our cardmembers across the UAE” said Mohammed Abdul Karim. He added: “adding more than 90 branches of Al Ansari Exchange across the UAE, will give the most convenient way to our American Express cardmembers where they can settle their statement of account in more than 790 locations across the UAE.
