Al Areen is being developed as a place of retreat and recreation, making it attractive for foreign investors and consumers alike, visitors have been told. According to the GDN, the concept behind Al Areen is to transform a unique desert plot into a diversified blend of health, residential, hospitality and entertainment conveniences, said general manager Waleed Saffy.
He added that the project would cater to the increasing demand for exclusive and creative real estate projects in the local market.
