Kuwait's Al-Mazaya Real Estate Development Company announced its participation in Kuwait Ninth Real Estate Exhibition, which will be held in Sheraton Hotel, Kuwait City during September 26-29, reported the Kuwaiti newspaper, Al-Qabas on September 13, 2005.
According to the vice-president of the company for projects development and marketing, Salwa Mulhis, the company will present during the exhibition projects, which were already promoted in the past in addition to new projects.
The company has recently completed al-Maha housing project, which is located in Salwa region in Al-Taa'wun Street. As part of its preparations for the exhibition, the company furnished some villas in the project in order to attract potential clients.
Referring to the company's projects in Dubai, Mulhis said that it had villas project in Dubailand in which the company's investment is estimated at $150 million along side with other investors. It also boasts projects in Dubai Health Care City and in Dubai International Financial Center.
