AQRE was also showcasing its integrated services in the real estate and housing sectors which are playing a vital role in the country’s economy.

Commenting on the announcement of the company’s upcoming projects and the fast paced growth of Al Qudra Real Estate, Ahmed Al Yafaei, General Manager, AQRE said, “AQRE has actively participated in various international exhibitions and trade shows worldwide including the United Kingdom and Singapore. We are thrilled to be present at Cityscape, the event has built its reputation as an international trade show that exclusively focuses on the real estate industry. AQRE has set a standard as a newly formed company in the UAE, our new business outlook reflects that of the country; forward looking yet entrenched with solid values.”

In keeping with its mission, “To be a leading property investment company in the UAE by spurring pioneering real estate propositions and projects which meet the needs and aspirations of customers while providing investors with lucrative returns” AQRE is developing several fully interactive Smart Digital residential, commercial and industrial projects in the heart of city of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi such as the Danet Abu Dhabi project and in other areas of the Emirate such as the Mohammed Bin Zayed City in Musafah. AQRE is also developing projects in the city of Al Ain in order to meet the growing demand for real estate developments in the country.

“It is definitely boom time for the country's real estate business, especially in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. We would like to play a crucial role in creating a balance in population distribution in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi through the establishment of residential and commercial projects, according to multiple standards to meet the needs of various social strata. The real estate industry has become competitive and developers are building at a chaotic pace to take advantage of this growing demand. As real estate developers; we have to be aggressive with our plans to launch new projects and meet these demands, which is made possible through the provision of our modern housing projects, integrated residential communities and commercial real estate developments,” added Al Yafaei.

These developments will take place in different areas outside Abu Dhabi, thus reducing population congestion and alleviating traffic problems. Since the cities of Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are witnessing steady growth and prosperity in various economy sectors, a quick and effective response to cope with the growing demand for various kinds of services and projects is required. Abu Dhabi and Al Ain are expected to play a pivotal role in the development phase currently witnessed by the country.
