Al-Safi Danone’s new product Danino, accompanied by the dinosaur mascot was recently launched in the Kingdom. Danino, the fromage yogurt product comes in several different flavors including raspberry, strawberry and banana, and exotic fruits in a six-pack.
Al-Safi Danone is part of Al-Safi group of companies, which operates one of the largest integrated dairy farms in the world, with two neighboring farms covering more than 7,500 hectares altogether and 30,000 cows. Part of the Al-Faisaliah group, Al-Safi merged with the French dairy giant Danone in 2000. Al-Safi Danone owns and operates 24 distribution centers in all reaches of Saudi Arabia, serviced by more than 450 refrigerated and climate-controlled trucks. — (menareport.com)
