ALDAR Properties selects Oracle E-Business Suite to automate business processes and enhance customer service

ALDAR Properties, the UAE-based property developer, has selected Oracle E-Business Suite to fully automate, integrate and streamline the company’s business operations. The project is aimed at improving operational efficiencies, enhancing financial reporting, maximizing the return on human talent and increasing the quality of customer service.

 

The Oracle E-Business Suite project at ALDAR will cover financial management, property management, project development and customer relationship management (CRM) in a single integrated environment that enables business managers to make faster fact-based decisions. Hyperlink, an Oracle certified partner, has been selected by ALDAR to manage the task of implementing this complex project.
