Aldar Properties said it will start selling units in its $14.7 billion development in Abu Dhabi to local and foreign investors after a law amendment allowed foreign ownership.
Aldar said in a statement that it will start to market residential units in Khor Al Raha -- part of Al Raha Beach, one of the largest developments in the Gulf region with an estimated cost of 54 billion dirhams ($14.7 billion).
