The French Canadian Montreal based engineering company Tecsult obtained two contracts from the National Algerian Motorway Agency. The company will be responsible for building 104 kms of work, six bridges as well as 49 works of art.

The work will start with surveying, geological studies and the impact on the environment as well as financial feasibility studies. Tecsult sees these contracts as a major breakthrough and strategic bridge into the Middle East, according to the local Algerian press.

The Algerian government on the other hand needs to boost transport infrastructure. (menareport.com)
