Real estate and property management specialist Asteco has been awarded the contract to lease and manage Sharjah’s newest skyscraper project, Ali Moosa Tower1.
Located near Al Majas Park in Sharjah overlooking the spectacular Al Khalid lagoon, apartments at Ali Moosa Tower1 are available on a 99-year lease. Bookings will open from August 15, 2005 and a special launch price of AED770,000 for one-bedroom flats has been announced by the developers, Ali Moosa and Sons Group.
“There has been a 20 per cent increase in the number of tourists visiting Sharjah and with the rising rents in Dubai, many homeowners are shifting their base to other Emirates. Sharjah is a popular choice owing to its central location, lower rents and close proximity to Dubai,” said Elaine Jones, CEO, Asteco.
“We have already seen an encouraging response to the project thanks to its competitive prices - average cost per square foot is AED523 - and there are attractive finance options from Tamweel.”
Potential buyers are also invited for a viewing of the ‘show apartment’ located at the project site. Appointments can be made through the site office from 8am to 8pm.
“The show unit will provide prospective Ali Moosa Tower1 homeowners with the most comprehensive understanding of the fittings, finishes, room layout and unique facilities,” added Jones.
The building is 85 per cent complete, and the 150-metre tall structure is clearly visible. Glazing and installation of internal fittings have commenced, and electricity should be supplied by mid-November, according to developers Ali Moosa and Sons Group.
“Construction is ahead of schedule, and the 196 apartments of the new development will be ready for possession in March 2006,” said a spokesperson from Ali Moosa and Sons Group.
Covering more than 650,000 square feet, the 41-floor Ali Moosa Tower1 will have one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments, a health club, an outdoor swimming pool, a fully-equipped gym, and a five-level car park accommodating over 190 vehicles. Other facilities include a children’s play area, a security room, a back entrance and service rooms.
Ali Moosa and Sons Groups’ development department is increasingly active with projects such as the Sun City Residence in Sharjah – fully furnished hotel apartments available on short and long-term lease – and several premium residential projects under construction in Sharjah.
