Dubai Islamic Insurance and Reinsurance (AMAN) has signed a three-year trade partnership agreement with the Arabian Automobile Association (AAA) to provide vehicle emergency roadside assistance (ERA) to its motor clients throughout the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
As a result of the deal, AMAN's customers will have full access to ERA facilities throughout the UAE. The deal ensures 24 hours a day, 365 days a year emergency roadside assistance for all AMAN motor customers. These include mechanical first aid, towing, battery recharging, tyre replacement, lock-out recovery and petrol delivery. Members can also obtain an international driving license or vehicle registration renewal at preferential rates.
AAA guarantees to locate each service subscriber within 30 minutes inside city limits and one hour in intercity locations. Depending upon the emergency requirement, a fully operational towing vehicle is dispatched, or a trained service technician with motorbike or mobile workshop is sent to provide roadside assistance. — (menareport.com)
