Representatives of various information technology (IT) companies in Jordan and the United States recently signed alliance agreements, according to Al-Quds Al-Arabi newspaper, during a visit to Amman by a delegation representing the American IT sector.
The joint project, which is supported by the USAID, aims to promote the overall IT industry in Jordan. The agreements signed are to help Jordan develop into a computer-programming hub, which will eventually be able to export software products to the US. ― (MENA Report)
