UAE national women represent 40 per cent of the UAE personnel at Amlak Finance and three hold senior level positions, Gulf News reported. Amlak Emiratisation Officer Fatima Khamis Salmin told the paper, "My objective is to increase the number of UAE nationals to 35 per cent by the end of 2006 and this will be done by attracting, encouraging, supporting and developing UAE nationals in a variety of domains in order to enhance their careers."
