Annual Saudi power exhibition to showcase new energy products

Leading players in the electricity, power generation, alternative energy, water technology, and lighting sectors will be showcasing their products and solutions at the upcoming Saudi Power 2015 expo in Riyadh.  

The Saudi Power 2015 – The International Trade Exhibition for Power kicks off on Monday (May 11) at the Riyadh International Convention & Exhibition Center (RICEC) under the patronage of the Saudi Ministry of Water and Electricity.

Organised by Riyadh Exhibitions Company Limited (REC), the event will host 158 exhibitors from 28 countries including a number of national pavilions.

The exhibition aims to present a comprehensive update on the energy sector development, prospects, technologies and products.

Saudi Power 2015 will serve as a platform for energy professionals, government officials, investors and both local and regional buyers to showcase the latest trends and cutting-edge products, equipment, solutions and services in the power industry, said the organiser.

This event is also expected to cover all aspects of the industry, namely electricity generation and distribution; alternative and renewable energy technologies; modern lighting products and technologies; and water resources management technologies, it stated.

The Saudi Power brings together the latest and best products and technologies being offered by industry leaders worldwide to assist in addressing the industry challenges and reducing power consumption and wastage.

Increasing foreign interest and participation at the premier event further stresses the highly attractive position of the lucrative Saudi market, said the organiser.

This year’s edition of the Saudi Power exhibition is expected to draw a massive number of visitors and exhibitors from all over the world to discuss the latest developments and innovations in the energy sector, it added.
