Apple is set to launch the new Apple Watch Ultra 3 in the fall of 2025, with three major updates, including a new health feature. Apple users are anticipating the new release, as the watch has not received any updates or modifications since 2023.

Detect high blood pressure

Apple plans to introduce this new feature in 2025 with the Apple Watch Ultra 3, allowing the watch to detect high blood pressure in users.

Notably, the feature is designed to work in a similar way to Apple’s sleep apnea detector. However, it will not provide random blood pressure readings; instead, it will notify users if their blood pressure reaches a high level.

Satellite correspondence

Additionally, Apple will introduce satellite messaging and correspondence in the new Apple Watch Ultra 3.

This new feature will allow users to send text messages via Globalstar Inc.'s satellites, an American telecommunications company that operates a satellite constellation in low Earth orbit (LEO) for satellite phone, low-speed data transmission, and earth observation.

Users will be able to send these messages without the need for a mobile network or Wi-Fi connection.

5G network

5G network, the fifth generation of cellular technology that is designed to increase speed, reduce latency, and improve flexibility of wireless services, will be introduced in the new Apple Watch Ultra 3.

According to experts, this new feature is expected to use less power than the traditional 5G connections. However, it will not match the 5G speeds found on the iPhone.
