Oracle Corporation, the world’s largest enterprise software company, announced that Arabian Automobiles Company (AAC), the automobile division of the Dubai based conglomerates, Al Rostamani group, has taken the strategic decision of consolidating its position as one of the top players and leaders in the automobile market, by selecting Oracle E-Business Suite as their new enterprise business solution platform.

The Arabian Automobiles Company solution footprint will cover many of the Oracle E-Business Suite components, such as Financials, HRMS, Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Marketing and Sales, making it one of the region’s largest implementations. The solution will cover customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and supply chain management components thus providing an end-to-end integration of AAC’s front office and back office operations.

The new solution will enable Arabian Automobiles Company to better understand its customers and follow up on their requirements, while streamlining all its administrative and control activities. The objective is to transform the company into an adaptive enterprise, an organization that can predict its customer needs and act on them, rather than one that analyses customer responses and reacts to them.

Over the years, AAC has always worked hard and strived to achieve an outstanding level of customer satisfaction, which expectedly led to a very wide base of happy loyal customers. This coveted position was erected on a solid foundation based on four pillars; exploring the needs and wants of the customer through regular dialogue, introducing the products and services that meet these needs, delivering quality products and services to the total satisfaction of the customer, and offering quality after-sales services such as warranty, repair and periodic maintenance services.

Mr. Michel Ayat, General Manager of Arabian Automobiles Company, commented on the company’s selection of Oracle E-Business Suite by saying ” In today’s sophisticated and competitive business environment, we need all the technological help we can get to manage our customers relations and offer them the kind of service they deserve. And after a little time, it seems very obvious that we made the right decision”.
