Emaar Properties has reported a strong response from national and expatriate investors on the first day of sales of the themed villa community Gazelle, at the Arabian Ranches.
The new development is comprised of attached and semi-attached villas, which are set around a lake, fountains, parks and gardens, and incorporate elements from traditional Arabic, Spanish, Western and contemporary styles.
This 208-acre desert resort features three themed gated communities which front an expansive lake built in two levels. The first phase of the development, called Al-Reem, will be ready for possession by March 2005.
Emaar Properties is a Public Joint Stock Company listed on the Dubai Financial Market. With the government of Dubai as its largest shareholder, the company currently has eight major real estate projects under development including the Arabian Ranches, Dubai Marina, Emirates Hills, the Lakes, the Meadows, the Springs, the Greens and Emaar Towers. — (menareport.com)
