Al-Mazaya Real Estate Development Company, a Kuwaiti holding company, announced the signing of a new deal with Arabtech contracting company, according to which the latter will be the main contractor of Sky Garden Project,
reported the Emirate newspaper, Al-Bayan on September 20, 2005.
Sky Garden is considered the first housing tower in Dubai International Financial Center, and its costs are estimated at Dh500 million ($136.1 million). The project, which will be constructed on a 6,000 square meters area, is a 47-floor housing tower, which will include 575 apartments of various sizes: studio apartments, one room, two rooms, three rooms and penthouse.
