ARAMEX launches relief campaign to deliver humanitarian aid to Lebanon

ARAMEX, the leading provider of total transportation solutions, has launched a UAE-wide relief campaign to deliver humanitarian aid to Lebanon. ARAMEX has collaborated with ENOC Group in the country to collect aid material from designated stations and deliver these to Lebanese relief agencies.

 

This campaign aims to assist the Lebanese people, particularly refugees who face extreme circumstances caused by war.

 

Asmahan Abboud, the ARAMEX Manager in Lebanon, confirmed her company’s full commitment to delivering aid material to affected regions in association with local relief agencies. She said: “Our staff and resources are completely devoted to operating under any conditions to attend to the needs of the Lebanese population.”

 

Khalid Hadi, ENOC’s Group Brand Manager, said: “A number of our stations in Dubai and the Northern Emirates have been dedicated to the collection of aid material. We have always supported humanitarian aid efforts and are committed to playing our part to help the Lebanese people in this time of crisis.”

 

Aid material that will be urgently delivered includes medical supplies for casualty and first aid as well as chronic cases such as heart and diabetes, dried and packaged food and personal hygiene products such as soap, cleaners, etc.
 
The following ENOC stations are equipped to receive the aid material from the public:  Nadh Al Hamar, Al Waheeda Road before Etisalat Building in Deira, near EPPCO House in Burdubai, by Al Bustan centre and opposite Emarat site in Al Ghusais, opposite Wafi Centre in addition to EPPCO Training Centre, Ramada Road near Sun Rock hotel, Al Diyafah, Jebel Ali Gardens, Al Mizhar area, Emirates Road site 1036, and Abu Dhabi-Dubai road opposite Al Barsha area.
