The Armada Group, a leading UAE investment organization is showcasing two innovative construction developments, the Armada Towers and the Salam Tower, at the Property Investment Show, which opens Tuesday and runs until the third of February at the Dubai World Trade Centre. Because of their sheer size, these two massive construction projects are sure to garner interest from the public.

"The Property Investment Show is the perfect opportunity to display the innovative designs of our two superb building projects. In this way, the public can initially be introduced to what we are building, and during the exhibition, we can also gauge the amount of interest generated by both professional and non-professional designers," said Dr. Mohammed Raheef Hakmi, Chairman, Armada Group.

The Salam Tower and the Armada Towers are two massive real estate projects, with investments exceeding AED 1.2 billion. They are two of the largest on-going construction activities in the entire region, making them one of the most sought after land developments in the UAE.

"It is the innovative designs that we hope will catch the public's eyes. We want to showcase our buildings and impress the public with the Armada Group's forward-looking vision. We want to show people that we possess the technical know-how to meet the rigorous demands of such considerable construction endeavors," added Dr. Hakmi.

As Sharjah's tallest free standing building, at fifty-seven stories or 210 meters high, the luxurious Salam Tower is expected to be the central landmark of the Emirate. The Salam Tower will occupy an area of 800,000 square feet and investment in the project totals AED 170 million.

Similarly, the Armada Towers in Dubai is also a massive construction project, with expected investment is set to exceed AED 1 billion. It has a modern, futuristic look with cutting-edge design, and stylish buildings that command a central focus and overlook Dubai's most elegant landscape.

"Judging by the concentration on design at the Property Investment Show, we are at the right place to show off what we have to offer. I think when people see the ingenuity of our buildings, it will open up even greater possibilities for future construction designs in the region," added Dr. Hakmi.
