Executive recuitment specialist BAC Middle East is celebrating its 25th anniversary in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) this year, with the launch of a new identity.
“The region’s recruitment industry is fast expanding, despite the challenges we face. Nationalisation is a key area for development, and one that we are committed to, as we actively seek to meet and place more nationals,” said Managing Partner of BAC Middle East, Christine Single.
BAC’s new identity will be reflected in all the company’s external communications, promotional and advertising campaigns. The company has played an important role in the development of the UAE’s recruitment industry. British-born Single arrived in Dubai from the UK, 27 years ago. At the time, the UAE was in its early stages of economic development and companies were searching for competent staff. Single saw a gap in the market which prompted her to create an employment agency.
BAC’s expertise lies in recruiting for executive positions right through from junior to mid and high level, using an 80,000 candidate-strong database. A team of consultants currently manage over 16,000 clients in the UAE and across the Gulf region. — (menareport.com)
