50 families whose houses are being demolished and rebuilt have received payments towards renting other homes - two weeks late, the GDN reported.
They moved out of their homes at the end of last month, as part of a national scheme to renovate or rebuild needy families' dilapidated houses.
Their homes are among 75 houses directed for demolition, but 25 families have yet to move out into temporary accommodation.
