New industrial zones will be established to satisfy the increasing demand for land by development projects, the GDN has reported. Two new zones covering up to some 500 hectares will be directed to local and foreign investors, Bahrain's Industry and Commerce Minister Dr Hassan Fakhro has conveyed.
According to him, the ministry has received applications for land exceeding twice that of Hidd Industrial Zone.
