A number of homeowners at the delayed Al Marsa Floating City project are still without water and electricity, despite official assurances that houses were being connected at the outset of last month, the GDN has reported. Senior executives from sales agent Al Saraya Properties and Ossis Property Developers, the company behind the luxury project, earlier said Phase One was finished and people had already started moving in.
