A seminar on owning properties in the Philippines will take place from 7pm on February 23, at the Ramee International Hotel, Juffair.
According to the GDN, two officials from the IPM Realty and Development Corporation Philippines will be conducting the event, which is being supported by the Philippine Embassy.
