A new housing project is set to go ahead in Nabih Saleh after 18 pieces of land were purchased by the Bahraini Municipalities and Agriculture Ministry. According to GDN, Manama Municipal Council chairman Murtadha Bader conveyed the ministry would officially own the lands in the upcoming days. He added the housing project was part of a major project to develop the village.
