The Royal order of a plot of land for each citizen is highlighted in a parliamentary proposal to allocate plots at low price to poor families, the Bahrain Tribune reported.
The proposal calls for the reclamation of the sea or buying private land for this purpose. Priority will be given to those without land or property.
