A potential land shortage is looming on the horizon in Bahrain, Al Manaratain Construction Company managing director Misan Al Khamiri told the GDN. According to him, a ban on new land reclamation projects, which was imposed for environmental reasons, means developers have to turn their attention inland to find new sites.
However, a limited availability of land means builders may have to search harder to find suitable locations.
