The street lighting system for Amwaj Islands has been completed ahead of schedule, it was reported by the GDN. A total of 1,100 streetlights were specifically chosen for their unique style and functionality and imported from China for the project, according to the Bahrain-based Ossis Property Developers company.
The new lighting covers all roads on the 30 million square feet development. "The completion of the street lighting system represents a great milestone to us," said Amwaj Islands project manager Mohammed Nouri.
