Work is underway on a nationwide plan to renovate or rebuild 500 dilapidated Bahraini homes a year, an official said, according to GDN.
The kingdom's five municipal councils have so far submitted 220 applications for this year, said Works and Housing Ministry assistant under-secretary for technical affairs Nabeel Abu Al Fath.
