Bahrain's Premier on Wednesday responded in person to calls for help from Busaiteen residents. According to the GDN, he paid a surprise visit to inspect people's homes and living conditions - then ordered demolition of sub-standard apartment blocks.
These blocks will be replaced by modern and spacious flats. Housing is the government's top priority, the Premier pledged during his visit.
