Bahrain's Prime Minister has issued a decree which deals with fees cancellation of land registration restrictions. Also, restrictions by which land ownership is transferred from the deceased to all his heirs - or some of them - in full, also restrictions by which land ownership is transferred from a person to a company that he fully owns, or a company owned by his relatives, the GDN has reported.
