Pakistan’s Bank of Khyber (BoK) is planning to open an exchange company in Dubai to facilitate money transfers made by the Pakistani expatriates employed in the United Arab Emirates (UAE).
Pakistan has over 400,000 of its nationals living in the UAE. half of which reside in Abu Dhabi and Al-Ain. Pakistani expatriates have sent over $125 million as remittances from their work in the UAE during the calendar year 1999. — (menareport.com)
