Taiwan's BenQ, manufacturer of digital display, storage, imaging, wireless and broadband devices, has reported 20 percent growth in its regional sales over last year's figures, according to Robert Dung, managing director of BenQ Middle East. Previously named Acer Communications and Multimedia, BenQ is launching a series of promotions at the GITEX 2002 exhibition and computer shopper fair.
BenQ employees and reseller partners will be showcasing our latest products, from LCD TVs and digital cameras to plasma display screens. New products on display on the BenQ GITEX 2002 exhibition stand this year include three technologies—the 20-inch LCD TV, 3.3 mega-pixel digital camera, and 46-inch plasma display.
BenQ Middle East's headquarter office is located in Dubai's Jebel Ali Free Zone, in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). BenQ has manufacturing plants in China, Malaysia, Mexico, and Taiwan.
