Consumer offers will centre on the BenQ 42-inch LCD TV, VA421, W100 series of projectors and the 19-inch LCD Monitor, FP92E. BenQ is particularly aiming to capitalise on niche markets for its products such as Kuwait for LCD TV’s and Saudi Arabia for its range of projectors.

The LCD TV VA421 supports analogue components as well as a high definition (HD) input format to allow full compatibility with all of today’s HD video sources, to produce high quality pictures. Its ultimate visual sensation includes 10-bit colour processing, which amplifies the colour refinement level, smoothes over grey scales, and produces true and rich colour.
The BenQ W100 home theatre projector provides 16:9 aspect ratio without cropping or distortion, so homes can be converted into a cinema-like environment at the flick of a switch. It has a large number of ports that allow viewing from any source, including a PC, DVD player, digital camcorder, game console or HDTV set.
With onboard multimedia speakers, the 19-inch LCD monitor, FP92E, guarantees a vibrant sound quality, and fits comfortably on any desktop space. The state-of-the-art design offers superb picture quality because of its high brightness, high contrast ratio, and fast 8 ms response time. Its superior performance and compact form means the monitors are ideal for any environment, home, office, or school.
