Bighat Media has launched Bighat FM, a field marketing and market research division. Field marketing, the provision of conducting brand-building exercises, is used for building brands.

Bighat FM Managing Director Claire Winfield said, “In today's business environment outsourcing is an essential tool for achieving significant competitive edge… There are a number of disciplines encompassed by field marketing including roadshows and events, merchandising, auditing/data capture, sampling and demonstrating.”

“However the most well known activity is mystery shopping, a method of collecting data used for spotting small problems before they become big problems” added Winfield. “The process of mystery shopping is the unbiased measuring and reporting on customer service and sales standards at the ‘moment of purchase'. Leading proponents use mystery shopping to measure customer service standards against a standardized benchmark across their business”.

Bighat FM's services include business-to-business (B2B) and business to consumer (B2C) activities and allow clients to develop new prospects, monitor and support existing brands and carry out important customer relationship management.

Dubai-based Bighat Media offers Information Technology (IT) media solutions for the Middle East’s technology, communications, electronics, e-security, legal and security industries. — (menareport.com)
