British Airways has decided to increase its service from Syria to the UK to six flights per week. The schedule from Damascus to London features four morning departures. The timings allow passengers to connect through the airline’s hub at Heathrow for same day arrivals to key North American destinations.
“At a time when demand for seats is at a premium, the extra flights have already been warmly welcomed by our Syrian customers, which also signifies growing consumer confidence in the region,” said Area Sales Manager Levant and Africa, Naji Mahdi.
The schedule from Aleppo to London also features two morning departures with equally convenient worldwide connections. The routes are operated by British Mediterranean Airways, British Airways’ sole longhaul, independent franchise partner, using Airbus A320 and A321 aircraft and offer business and economy cabins. — (menareport.com)
