British Airways is set to re-introduce direct flights between Saudi Arabia and the UK. From July 3, flights to and from London Heathrow to Riyadh will operate directly. Flights from Jeddah to London will be direct from July 5.
Following the Riyadh bomb attacks on May 12, the airline took the precaution of removing its crew rest base from the Kingdom. Since then, flights between London and Riyadh and Jeddah have operated via Bahrain and Larnaca in Cyprus. — (menareport.com)
