Broadway Trading signs leasing agreement with Souk Al-Nakheel

Broadway Trading plans to lease of over 152,000 square feet of retail space in the Souk Al-Nakheel scheme in the United Arab Emirates (UAE). Eighteen of the company’s top brands will be featured in the development by Majid Al-Futtaim Investments which is due to open in 2005. 

 

Among the Broadway stores scheduled to open in Souk Al-Nakheel are Virgin Megastore, the largest Zara in the Middle East, Mango, Promod and Massimo Dutti together with a number of new brands including Columbus Café, Paul Café, Salsa Jeans, Persona, Allen Wiez and a major international sporting goods brand. 

 

Souk Al-Nakheel, at over two-million square feet of retail, leisure and entertainment space will be world’s largest shopping center outside of North America featuring over 350 shops, Dubai’s largest Carrefour Hypermarket and the region’s first indoor Ski slope. 

 

Broadway Trading operates many of the top performing international brands under license in the Middle East through its offices in Beirut, Kuwait, Qatar, Jordan, Bahrain and New York. — (menareport.com)
