Housing Bank for Trade and Finance (HBTF) - Jordan and Businessone/STS signed an agreement for the implementation of the second phase of an eBanking solution for all the national branches and future international branches of the Housing Bank.

(HBTF) again contracted Businessone/STS to implement Phase II of the project. Phase II will be implemented on top of the already implemented businessone/STS phase I solution. Due to the upsurge of e-Banking worldwide, HBTF saw it fit and imperative that it should move into the second phase of its internet Banking.

At this phase not only the channels of delivery will multiply but also new services will be available online. Furthermore, HBTF is after unifying all customers' interactions across different touch points. More touchpoints were added over the previously implemented Internet and Kiosk solutions. The key here is that in addition to more touchpoints being added more services are being offered on all touchpoints.

HBTF is the second largest commercial bank in Jordan, in terms of assets and shareholders' equity with total assets exceeded $ 2.4 billion. HBTF is the leader in banking technology in Jordan, as confirmed by Moodys and Thomson Bankwatch. — (menareport.com)
